Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Tailer orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Payment processing and order confirmation will be completed once your order is placed. Shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your Tailers are out the door! 

Rates:

Free shipping is offered on orders that exceed $35. Shipping rates are dependent upon shipping method chosen and shipping destination. ( Standard, Expedited, etc.).

Returns:

If needed, you may return or exchange unused Tailer products for in-store credit ONLY. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be postmarked for shipment within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Any Items returned after 15 days of postmarked delivery are not valid for returns. Item must still have its tag on it. 

To process a return, please email us at tailerwear@gmail.com so we can prepare to receive your item(s) and set you up with a store credit. 

If you received the wrong item, we will email you a shipping label to return the product(s) and send you the correct one(s) free of charge.

Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

We do indeed ship to our Tailer Women in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Expedited shipping is, however, not available to these locations at the moment.

International

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada. More locations will become available as we grow.
